The Writer

Marie writes long and short fiction, usually in the crime genre. She’s passionate about friendship that blurs conventional boundaries between romantic and nonromantic love, sibling relationships, first cousin relationships, and lesbian and gay romance. These relationships are at the heart of her stories. Marie also writes poetry and might publish some of it eventually. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College, where she focused on creative writing and interdisciplinary friendship studies. She lives in the American West.
